TagPeek does not collect, sell or share personal data. There are no analytics and no account.

What the extension sends, and where

• youtube.com — to read the tags of the video you are viewing. Your browser makes this request as if you opened the video page yourself.
• tagpeek.epitchi.com — only when you activate a licence: the licence key you typed, and once a day afterwards an opaque hash of it to confirm the licence is still valid. Nothing about what you watch is ever sent.

What is stored

• In your browser: the licence key and a signed token, so you do not have to activate again.
• On the server: a hash of activated licence keys and, if a purchase is refunded, a flag marking that key revoked. The server log keeps IP addresses for a few minutes for rate limiting.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, the merchant of record. TagPeek never sees your card. Creem's privacy policy covers the payment.
