Terms of Service — TagPeek

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. What the product is

TagPeek is a browser extension that shows the tags a YouTube video was published with. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

2. Who runs it

One individual: Lê Văn Thiện, trading as Epitchi, based in Vietnam, thienvanlea1@gmail.com.

3. Free and paid

Free shows the first three tags of every video, the tag count and the character meter, with no time limit. The Lifetime licence ($19, one payment) unlocks every tag and copying, including future updates.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by Creem, the merchant of record, which collects any sales tax or VAT. A licence is for one person; do not publish or share the key.

5. Refunds

Because the free version never expires, you can evaluate TagPeek before paying, so discretionary refunds are not offered. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies regardless of this clause: email thienvanlea1@gmail.com from the address you paid with. Billing errors (charged twice, or a paid feature did not work and could not be fixed) are always refunded through Creem. A refunded licence stops working.

6. Availability

TagPeek reads data YouTube publishes on its pages. If YouTube changes or removes it, the extension may stop working until it is updated; I will do my best to fix it quickly but cannot guarantee it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
